The majority of my clients have come from referrals of past clients. They know I listened to their Goals and found them the home that met those goals. Anyone can find you a home, that’s the easy part. The hard part comes after the contract, leading you through the escrow process so your home closes on time. There are a lot of players (appraiser, home inspector, lender, title company, etc) involved in this process and I make sure they work together so there is a successful closing, all the while keeping you updated on the process. As I said I spend a lot of time out in the local Scottsdale communities getting to know each neighborhood and the Scottsdale real estate market in general.
