The Scottsdale Real Estate market has slowed and is favoring the Buyers more now, than it has over the past couple of years. As an e-Pro my goal is to use the internet to provide you the information you need to make an informed and educated decision when it comes to selling your home in Scottsdale.

In case you do not realize it, most buyers look to the internet to start the buying process before they even talk to a REALTOR. Thus an agent that uses the internet to market your home is one step ahead of everyone else.
To get started, use the MLS to search for homes in your zip code and that are of your approximate size with the same number of bedrooms and baths. This accomplishes two things for you. It gives you an idea of what homes of your size are selling for and it shows you your competition.
