I track home prices and trends in Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree. Any agent should be knowledgeable of their communities and be able to let you know the current trends in those communities. Over the last few months the news has reported that it appears homes are taking longer to sell and the data confirms that homes are staying on the market longer. We are also seeing more homes available which is a plus for Buyers because they have more choices whereas the Seller definitely needs to ensure their home is priced right and staged properly to even be considered.
